Description:  "[Artocarpus nitidus] has glossy, elliptic to obovate, entire, 3-5" long leaves; axillary inflorescenses, the staminate oblong to club-shaped, the pistillate heads more or less globose; and lumpy multiple fruit 1.5-2" in diameter with yellow, downy-hairy skin when ripe, the flesh salmon-orange and containing 1-8 peas-sized, hard gray seeds."
